Brianna W. Roberts, M.A., is a Licensed Professional Counselor through the state of Texas. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Family, Consumer and Human Development specializing in Family and Community Services from Utah State University. During this time, she gained experience working with children in after school programs and crisis centers. Upon graduating she worked as a direct care supervisor at Avalon Hills, a residential treatment center for adolescent girls suffering from eating disorders, anxiety and depression. She completed her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University, where she was trained to utilize Christian integrative counseling.

Brianna enjoys working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. She had experience in working with a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma or abusive history, OCD, family relationship issues, marital conflict and parenting concerns. She is passionate about empowering clients to make changes and using a variety of approaches that best fit with their needs. Some of these techniques include Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Couples Counseling, and non-directive Play Therapy. Brianna tailors her client’s therapeutic journey based on their worldview, including Christian counseling when desired.

Brianna is a certified Prepare/Enrich premarital and marital counseling facilitator as well as a Certified Family Life Educator from the National Council on Family Relations. She also had experience in facilitating group parenting classes at Family Time Crisis Center and follows an integrative approach of positive parenting and love and logic ideals.
