I am an active member of good standing in the American Counseling Association. I have spent the last 21 years as an educator working with children in various settings and stages of adolescence.

I provide counseling to children, adults, and couples. I provide counseling services to clients with various concerns including, but not limited to self-awareness, self-esteem, anxiety, anger, depression, trauma, communication, grief, anger management, codependency, cultural issues/identity, and relationship issues. My therapeutic approach incorporates several major theories of counseling, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Multicultural Therapy, and Faith-based methods.

The therapeutic relationship is an essential component of growth and transformation. I believe that every individual possesses the strength, determination, and ability to work through life trials.
