Jonah Haase

Jonah Haase is currently a clinical mental health counseling intern at the University of Phoenix. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. With 15 years of experience in mentoring and personnel management, Jonah has provided guidance to hundreds of people during their times of need. This experience has created a passion in him to help others find their way and develop good habits that will increase their satisfaction with life. He uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in his practice to help his clients work through challenging thought patterns that affect their behaviors, which depression, anxiety, PTSD, marital conflict, and family dynamics often bring on.  He also uses Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to assist clients with emotional regulation and interpersonal skills. Most importantly, Jonah strives to create a non-judgmental environment that will allow clients to explore the issues causing them emotional pain.  In his personal life, Jonah enjoys traveling with his family and two dogs, playing softball, and working in his woodshop.
