Kendall is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate who graduated from Lamar University, obtaining her Master’s degree in Marriage Couples and Family counseling in August of 2023. Kendall earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies in 2020 from the University of Houston. Kendall is in good standing and a member of the American Counseling Association. She is practicing under the supervision of Kimberly Boyd, M.S., LPC-S. 

Kendall’s passion for the counseling profession was sparked during a mentorship program she participated in during her undergraduate experience. While working with students in an underserved middle school she discovered her life’s purpose in supporting others to make changes in their own lives to then the world around them. She also has experience working closely with students as a substitute teacher within Goose Creek ISD. 

Kendall has experience in working with all ages, and especially enjoys working with adolescents. She specializes in working with anxiety, self-esteem issues, bipolar disorder, ADHD, depression, body image, substance use and is trained in Non-Directive Play Therapy. She takes an eclectic approach with her clients using a combination of Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy to best fit their needs and therapeutic goals. Kendall is focused on walking alongside her clients, offering perspective to help create impactful changes in their lives, and offering additional resources when needed. She is available for individual/play therapy, family, and couples’ sessions at our Kingwood, Heights, and Cleveland locations.
