I aim to offer a space where clients can feel comfortable enough to be
their authentic selves and empowered enough to give voice to exactly what they think and feel. I find meaning and fulfillment in connecting with others, and I am passionate about the journey that comes with life, discovery, and healing. We are all in this journey together, and I want to be there for you. I take a cognitive behavioral approach to therapy, and it is my belief that simply increasing awareness, and paying greater attention to our internal world is the key to understanding ourselves and ultimately overcoming our struggles. My clinical areas of focus include Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Trauma, PTSD, and Grief & Loss counseling.
I most resonate with the "fellow traveler" concept, meaning that although our struggles are unique to us, we are all forced to meet with hard times. I have great sympathy for the struggles that we all inevitably face in life. I know that reaching out for help can be uncomfortable in many ways. I encourage you to take that step. You
don't have to do it alone.
