Cognitive Behavioral Therapy involves a learning process where clients acquire and practice new skills; learn new ways of thinking and more effective ways of coping with problems. Play Therapy provides selected play materials and facilitates the development of a safe relationship for clients to fully express and explore self through play.  Solution Focused Therapy is a goal-directed collaborative approach that helps clients to enact change by setting goals and focusing on solutions to a client’s problems in a positive and motivating way.
