Supervised by Kimberly Boyd, M.S., CHPC, LPC-SC

Tiffanie is a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate at Kimberly Boyd Counseling Center. She holds a Master of Education degree in Counseling from the University of Houston and a Master of Fine Arts degree from Iowa State University, providing her with a deep understanding of communication and philosophical approaches to articulating concepts and emotions. She practices under the supervision of Kimberly Boyd, M.S., LPC-S.

Tiffanie is keen on exploring the concept of a universal language that conveys emotions through imagery. This interest has led her to develop an eclectic therapeutic approach that integrates trauma-focused techniques with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Gestalt therapy, and existentialism. These approaches delve into our purpose and roles within our environment.

Effective mental health treatment, according to Tiffanie, requires a holistic approach, addressing physical, mental, and emotional well-being. She collaborates with clients to create personalized plans aimed at enhancing self-awareness and understanding personal growth and needs for healthier emotional regulation.

Tiffanie specializes in working with adolescents and adults, particularly women who have experienced trauma, abuse, and grief. She also focuses on women's issues and health-related concerns. Tiffanie believes such experiences can be transformative and that therapeutic support can reshape the impact of these events on our lives.
